Ytd i didnt write much...maybe coz i was thinking too much abt wad happened ytd...
As u know, malaysian IC has something like this
881207-43-5507->this is my ic, where the first 6 num shows the DOB and the next num shows the state, the last 1 num shows whether its a guy or girl, (an odd num shows a guy and even shows a girl)
I was doing the entry for this couple and there was a phone call from a inquiry...so then...i answered the call...and then i passed the call to my friend...after that,i go back to my customer to fill in the documents. After checking on the confirmation, the customer told me that i had mixed up the value of his wife ic number, the last 6 value was wrongly written as their baby number...if there was a prob, like a number error, the travel company had no prob but if there was more than a number error, there would be a big prob...
So i was stressed out...thinking on what to do...luckily my friend has settled the prob if not i would have lost a whooping 1k++ if the customer canceled the ticket...this has taught me to be more careful when i do my work...

Not to say too much but i really like my job, although i have to sit on the counter whole day, getting to talk mandarin isnt half bad at all, since my mandarin is SUCKISH...seriously...sometimes i just wished my mandarin was better...so basically im improving my mandarin through talking with the customers, i might make error but yet, at least im learning something.
For all of you that dont know what im doing, im taking this job known as a ticketing and tour assistant, or in short, a travel agent. Our company has a colaboration with Air Asia, and we basically promote tours to other countries and also locally...but the local ones are not very popular...
Sometimes, customers are a pain in the cutt, when they talk alot and alot, causing the line to be so long, making other customers wait, and at the end of the day, waste our time...just by enquiring the prices...
And there are also those customers who know what they want...They come to our counter, asks for tickets to go here so and so, and then, pays the amount...
Its scary how some of them pay their cash, today i had an aunty booking a trip for 10 person, we splitted the booking to 5 5 coz she wanted 5 different timing for the 2 different groups...
She paid RM2888 in cold hard cash...shud see how many pieces of RM50 she took out...scary!Alot of them pay with cold hard cash...although the amount is crazy...haha...because with a credit card we would have to charge an additional 3%...

Thats about it for today, although the job is tiring but yet, rewarding and fun so ill try to keep enjoying this job, at least through next month or so...
Until then i wont be online unless i have an off day...only 1 offday per week...So im guessing ill be quite bz...my job is from 12.30pm to 10.30 pm...ill be back around 11....and shortly sleep after that...so not much...
